I’ve written an employee handbook while handling inventory needs and organization. I’ve also translated a system for integrating wholesale account orders in a manner that the roaster and the delivery person can easily follow by simply creating a spreadsheet that details when orders are expected, what coffee they need and in what form.

As a team member

Grown the Instagram following from 400 to 700 in one year by creating a cohesive color palette, timeline for posting, and strategic use of hashtags. Content for the Instagram is purely generated by fellow team members pouring something beautiful or having a cute, unique way of enjoying coffee documented. I’ve also started #QEDogs to highlight the cute furry friends we see everyday. I’ve also only ever want to be happy when I come to work so it’s a personal achievement of mine to give everyone who walks into the shop (including co-workers) a big, genuine smile.
